Dalian Lushun Binhai Ship Repair and Construction Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, realized the change of equities in 2018. It is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Huayang Group. The company is located in Lushun Shipbuilding Industrial Base, Dalian, Liaoning Province, with 221 employees, including 75 management personnel and 113 technical workers.

The main business of the company covers the construction, modification and repair of ships. The R & D products involve various types of the shipbuilding industry and the company has more than 100 long-term stable customers throughout dozens of countries and regions in the world. Since the establishment of the plant, 85 ships have been constructed, 32 ships have been modified, and 1120 repair ships have been completed. On June 15, 2018, the “Yahang 006” finished oil tanker built by our company successfully completed the water supply, marking the significant stage result achieved by Binhai Co., Ltd. in the field of oil tanker construction.
